Med-Legal Illustration Portfolio
Legal illustration is a special discipline, and requires a feel for presenting to the jury and others in the courtroom. Juries appreciate the clarification that medical illustration, diagrams, and charts bring to a complex legal topic, especially if the images are tailored to the case, and not ‘off the shelf’.
Attorneys often hire me to create images that support their cases in the area of medical malpractice legal defense, so I retain a neutral, informative, approach to human anatomy and the medical procedures I depict. But no matter whose side I work for, effectively educating the jury, and communicating visually with lawyers, judges, and everyone else involved in each the court case, is my prime goal. Each of these med-legal images are for lawyers who were involved in a legal defense case that prevailed or settled. Judges, juries, attorneys & others in the court appreciate the clarity that medical-legal illustrations, diagrams, & charts offer.
